How has APT helped you?

APT has been invaluable to me pre- and post-surgery. While trying to avoid surgery I received strength conditioning and other treatments which help me to make a decision whether or not I would need to have surgery performed.

What would you say to a friend or family member who was looking for physical therapy about APT?

This is the place to go for physical therapy. They have a well-equipped facility and a convenient location. Staff members are true professionals. They are knowledgeable and know their craft well.

What has pleased you most with your course of physical therapy at our practice?

The speed of my recovery from surgery has been outstanding. I give the credit to great work my doctor did , but the staff at APT has walked me through the recovery process from the start and gave me an understanding of how my problem area works and what I can do to help prevent the problem from reoccurring. I am now nearing the end of my prescribed physical therapy and I am able to go back to the activities I love to do without the pain I suffered before therapy.

How do you feel you have been treated here in our office? How does it compare to other physical therapy offices you have been to in the past?

I have gone through physical therapy two other times, and this is by far the best treatment I have ever received. The amount of information provided by the staff at APT is amazing, and provided in a way even I can understand.

This is the only office I have been to, but I feel I could not do better. I love this place.

APT has helped me with sciatic instability as well as recovery from rotator cuff surgery.

What would you say to a friend or family member who was looking for physical therapy about APT?

I would definitely tell friends and family about APT. I tell everyone that this is the best PT experience I have ever had. It is not a factory for PT services. Each patient is treated individually depending on his or her needs. You develop a true relationship with your therapist, the aids and even the office staff. They are there to help you in a friendly and professional way.

What has pleased you most with your course of physical therapy at our practice?

Everything has been wonderful for me at APT, but if I had to pick what stands out the most it would be their genuine knowledge of the body and how to use this knowledge to significantly improve my condition. They demonstrate that you can combine a warm and comforting approach while delivering state of the art therapy.

How do you feel you have been treated here in our office? How does it compare to other physical therapy offices you have been to in the past?

I am treated with respect when I am in the office. I have witnesses the therapists and aids working with many people who are very old, young and personalities that vary. They show equal attention and support to all. No “holier than thou” attitudes go on with the staff. I have been to two other therapy offices for hip, ACL and hand therapy. APT is by far the office I prefer. As I mentioned above, this is not a factory. I feel like I became part of the APT family.
